Refund Policy

"Clients must cancel or reschedule  24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits can only be used to reschedule one time, rescheduling an appointment more than once will require a new deposit. Clients who cancel or reschedule fewer than 24 hours before their appointment are considered to be a no-show and will be responsible for the entire cost of the session. Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be asked to prepay for their appointments." Prepaid Packages are Non- Refundable. Your credit card information will be obtained to hold your appointment time slot. It will not be charged unless you violate the cancellation policy. All appointments require a deposit. Some form of payment will still be required to hold your time slot even if you have a gift certificate.
